Healing Coaching Program
My coaching style is person centered. We will discuss any barriers and achievable ways of moving forward towards your desired goals and improved wellbeing. The first and fourth session includes reiki to help bring you into balance and harmony as well as releasing any old patterns and negative energy.
This is what we will be looking at:
What is going on for you right now? what are the triggers to how you are currently feeling?
How to reduce stress or upset in your life
How to problem solve moving forward
How to introduce self care, wellbeing, a positive mindset,
How to improve self worth and confidence
This coaching package includes 5 sessions either face to face or video call.

SPIRITUAL GUIDANCE COACHING SESSION
This session will educate on the basics of spiritual growth, such as the importance of grounding and protecting your own energy and space.
Spiritual awakening can be truly amazing but also very challenging at times and often lonely as old patterns fall away. This coaching 60 minute session gives you the opportunity to ask questions and talk through any concerns.
This can be one to one or booked as a group session. Face to face or a video call. One to one - investment £35.00
Group - Investment £15.00 per person, minimum of 3 people
Reiki
Reiki comes in different modalities.
I am qualified in Sekhem and Angelic Reiki. They are both beautiful healing energies.
During the session I channel high frequency healing energy.
The treatment is a combination of hands on and hands off, it can be seated or in a lay down position.
With in the reiki session I work on realigning each chakra and looking at the health of your aura.
The benefits of Reiki include:

Swedish massage is very relaxing, it relieves mental and physical tensions. This massage technique includes stroking, rubbing, kneading and tapping of the muscles.

Healing Meditation is a unique guided meditation to clear negative energy, bring in love and light energy and raise your vibration. Meditation has many benefits including improved wellbeing, reduced stress, improved sleep quality , relaxation and inner peace.

Self Love Circle
I talk to so many woman that feel so low and negative about themselves, often using negative self talk, its time we changed that with the support of each other.
The aim of the circle is to improve self worth, self esteem and of course self love.
